By accessing or using SwiftCrew (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
- No interference with Service operation or security
- No unauthorized access or data scraping
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are billed by our payment providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your organization’s compliance with applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by SwiftCrew or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly provided.
7. Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue features with notice when material.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Liability Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, SwiftCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Venue and jurisdiction are in Israel, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
